Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, serving Greater Cleveland and four surrounding counties.
The WRAAA is a major funding partner for GAC services. The Agency is also the regional administrator
of the State of Ohio PASSPORT program. GAC is proud to deliver home meals for the PASSPORT program.

Cuyahoga County's Department of Senior and Adult Services supports community services at the Home
Base Cleveland GAC. Thanks to the voters of Cuyahoga County, the Department will be expanding its
Options for Senior program which strives to keep frail elders in the homes. GAC is proud to deliver home
