GAC is the major provider of home delivered meals in Cuyahoga County Ohio.
GAC delivers more than 850 hot meals each day to the homes of frail elders.
To qualify for home meal delivery, one must be 60 years of age and too frail to prepare meals
on a regular basis. There is often a waiting list to receive home meals due to severe reductions
in State and Federal funding.

Older Persons qualifying for the PASSPORT or
CUYAHOGA COUNTY OPTIONS FOR ELDERS programs can
often be served within one week of qualifying.
